Noida : The District Development Residents’ Welfare Association (DDRWA) has announced that the next meeting of its Managing Committee will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Regenta Central Hotel, Sector 49, Barola, Noida, opposite GST Bhawan.
According to the meeting notice issued by the association, several key civic and administrative issues concerning Gautam Budh Nagar district will be discussed. The agenda includes confirmation of the minutes of the previous meeting held on September 28, 2025, along with a review of action taken on the recommendations made during that meeting. Approval of expenditure vouchers and bills incurred to date will also be taken up.
Among the major public-interest matters on the agenda is a discussion on the immediate commencement of intercity bus services to strengthen the public transport system in the district. The Managing Committee will also deliberate on its long-standing demand for the establishment of a Bench of the Hon’ble High Court in Gautam Budh Nagar.
Water-related concerns will be another focus area, with discussions planned on steps to curb the exploitation of underground water and address the authority’s inability to provide potable drinking water in the district.
The meeting will further deliberate on coordinating with RWAs and Federations across Gautam Budh Nagar, with a proposal to hold monthly meetings with authorities to help resolve local civic issues faced by residents. Strengthening law and order and traffic management through regular coordination meetings between RWAs, Federations and the Police Department will also be discussed.
Environmental concerns, particularly the issue of excessive pollution in the district, will form another key agenda item. Any additional matter may be taken up with the permission of the Chair.
All members of the DDRWA Managing Committee have been requested to attend the meeting on time. The notice has been jointly issued by President N. P. Singh, Senior Vice President, Sanjeev Kumar and Secretary General Sher Singh Bhati.
