
Greater Noida West : On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a special free self-defence training session for women was organised on March 8 at Centurion Park Terrace Homes, Greater Noida West. The initiative was conducted by the AOA with the aim of empowering women and promoting personal safety.
International coaches trained participants
The training session was led by international coach Ravindrapal Singh, along with his associate international-level coach Hardik Solanki. During the session, women were taught various practical self-defence techniques that can help them protect themselves in difficult situations. The trainers demonstrated simple yet effective moves and explained how awareness, confidence and quick reactions can play a crucial role in ensuring personal safety.
Enthusiastic participation from residents
A large number of women from the society participated enthusiastically in the session. The participants actively practised the techniques and interacted with the coaches to better understand the methods of self-defence. Women who attended the program said the session was not only informative but also enjoyable and confidence-boosting. Many participants expressed interest in attending similar training sessions in the future.

Residents of the society appreciated the initiative and thanked the AOA team for organising such a meaningful program. They also expressed gratitude to international coach Ravindrapal Singh (President), Mrityunjay Pratap Singh (General Secretary) and Seema Srivastava (Vice President) for making the event possible. Residents requested that more such empowerment programs be organised in the future to encourage women to stay confident, aware and prepared.
