Greater Noida West : During this year’s Navratri, Casa Greens 1 Society, Greater Noida West, hosted a five-day Children’s Ramleela, marking a new cultural initiative for the community. The event began with a Ganesh Vandana, followed by enchanting performances by the young residents. On the first day, the children enacted key episodes including Dashrath’s Court, Ram’s Birth, and Sita Swambar, captivating the audience with their dedication and talent.

After the portrayal of Ram and Sita’s wedding, the young performers, portraying characters such as Ram, Sita, Lakshman, Urmila, Bharat, Mandavi, Shatrughna, and Shrutikirti, conducted a joyful procession around the society, symbolically returning to Ayodhya. A large number of spectators attended the event and thoroughly enjoyed the performances.

Purpose of the Children’s Ramleela

Casa Greens 1 Society organized this initiative with the aim of promoting holistic development, cultural awareness and moral values among children. Through the Ramleela, children experienced both entertainment and education, learning about India’s rich cultural heritage and social traditions.

The event also included a special ceremony for awarding the child performers, with Honorable Dadri MLA, Tejpal Nagar, gracing the occasion as the chief guest.
