Greater Noida West: A crumbling stretch of road in Sector 4, between ATS Homekraft Nobility and AIMS School, is causing serious concern among residents. The road is full of large potholes, uneven terrain, and unpaved sections, making it especially dangerous during the monsoon.
The situation has turned the school commute into a nightmare. School buses bounce violently on the broken surface, causing discomfort and fear among both children and parents. “We hold our breath every morning as our kids leave for school. One major jerk and it could lead to injury,” a worried parent shared.
Residents say the road has remained in this condition for months, despite multiple complaints to the Greater Noida Authority. What adds to the frustration is the complete lack of visible repair efforts, even as traffic continues to grow in the area.

During rains, the road turns muddy and slippery, making it nearly impassable for two-wheelers and pedestrians. Women, the elderly, and schoolchildren are the worst affected.
Residents are now urging the authorities to act before tragedy strikes, demanding not just a temporary patchwork but a full-scale, permanent repair of the stretch.
Parents fear that if the situation continues, it could lead to a tragic incident. “What if a child’s head hits the side of the bus during a jerk, and they die? Will the authorities wake up only after a life is lost?” questioned a resident. People are now demanding urgent and permanent repairs before the cost becomes too high to ignore.
