Are you fond of cars and dream about getting your hands on some of the vintage collections from across the globe? Here’s guiding you through the “world’s weirdest car collection,” which not only houses a few classic vehicles, but even takes visitors back to eras of Michael Keaton’s Batman as well as Flinstones.

US-based content creator Daniel MacDonald, better known as Daniel Mac, recently shared a video on Instagram, guiding people through the non-profit museum, PK Collects, which is situated in Los Angeles’ Cahuenga Boulevard.

It is a privately-owned collection of more than 100 vehicles of different shapes and sizes, including exotic cars, motorcycles, tractors and aeroplane.

Sharing the video on the social media platform, Daniel Mac joked that the owner of the property is the Department of Motor Vehicles’ (DMV) “greatest nightmare”.

What to expect?

The clip highlights several vintage vehicles that the person bought from their respective owners and auctions.

At first, viewers get to witness the car that was used in “The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas,” a romantic comedy, released in 2000. The owner said that the vehicle is still in good condition and he still drives it on Los Angeles roads. It was bought for $50,000.

Another highlight is “Batmobile” from the 1989 film Batman. The owner bought it from Warner Bros. auction for a whopping $250,000.

“It is the most difficult car to drive in the collection, but it’s probably the coolest one looking in here,” he stated.

Other vintage cars to look forward to at the facility include a full-size Radio Flyer Wagon (worth $15,000 to $20,000), Dodge Challenger Donk (bought for $30,000) and Dodge Challenger Hellcat Convertible Jailbreak, which cost him about $200,000.

A fun ride at the museum is the Honda Moto Compacto, which can be folded into a little briefcase. He got it for $1,000.

PK Collects is home to about 100 cars, nearly 30 tractors and other types of vehicles, including motorcycles.

It also features a 1964 Lamborghini Tractor, around $75,000, along with Theodore Roosevelt’s Buckboard ($70,000).

The owner of PK Collects shared that his favourite car in the collection is the 1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint, which he bought for $150,000.

Few other vehicles include Toyota COMS ($10,000), a Japanese pickup truck; the Volkswagen Harlequin ($30,000); Jet Ski Scooter ($15,000); and 2012 Fiat 500 Jolly ($50,000).

As per the official website, PK Collects is located minutes away from the Burbank airport and 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. All of its profits go to charity.

It remains open from 11 AM to 4 PM (local time) on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
