According to residents, the women remained stuck for a considerable period, repeatedly shouting for help, but no one responded.
Despite activating the security alarm inside the lift, no immediate assistance arrived, raising serious concerns over emergency response mechanisms and safety preparedness within the society. Residents alleged that neither the security staff nor maintenance personnel responded promptly to the distress situation.
