Amrapali Buyers: Protest against the Gaur Builder and NBCC, victims demand investigation by CBI and ED

Greater Noida West : The victim home buyers of Amrapali whose flats were cancelled, reached the under construction project of Aspire NBCC located in Techzone-IV of Amrapali Centurion Park, where work has been started by Gaur Sons and staged a strong protest.

The victim home buyers said that on one hand, citing lack of funds, NBCC is cancelling our flats which have been stuck for more than a decade and on the other hand, to benefit Gaur Builder, the project has been launched at a very low price and Gaur Sons are selling it at a very high rate.

People clearly said that all the projects given to NBCC and Gaur Builder should be investigated by CBI and ED because there has been a huge fraud in it.

Residents involved in the protest said that recently NBCC had issued a tender and given the Centurion Park project to Gaur Sons, in which the auction rate was kept much lower than Amrapali’s other project Golf Homes sold recently. Due to this Gaur Builder is selling the property at Rs. 7200 per square foot for Rs. 10000 per square foot in the market. Due to this Gaur Sons is getting a direct profit of about Rs. 3000 per square foot without doing anything.

We have been waiting for our house for the last 15 years, on the other hand our own flats are being cancelled and new people are being sent home, where should we go? We have full faith in the Supreme Court and we want that this corruption should be investigated by CBI and ED.

The attitude of the staff in the court receiver office is very bad, no matter how many times you go, the work is never done and every time you are asked to come next week. Why is the situation like this in the Supreme Court monitored project!

All the home buyers said that we had invested our hard earned money in Amrapali and we expected that we will get a house from the Supreme Court, but why is NBCC benefiting the private builder Ga Sons by cancelling our flat.
