Noida: In a significant achievement for the Noida High-Rise Federation (NHRF), the Noida Authority has officially confirmed in writing that direct Ganga water supply will soon begin for Sectors 119 and 120. The water will be routed through a new Underground Reservoir (UGR) planned in Sector 118, aiming to provide a permanent solution to the persistent water issues faced by residents of these sectors.
This is a major victory for us. Sectors 119 and 120 will become the first in Noida to receive direct Ganga water supply. We are hopeful that the Noida Authority will expedite the implementation so that thousands of residents can benefit from this project soon.
