Greater Noida : Five companies have received Letters of Allotment for industrial projects in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) region, involving a proposed investment of Rs 469 crore and an estimated 4,625 employment opportunities. The allotment letters were presented by Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah during the inauguration of the fourth Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show (UPITS) 2026 in Greater Noida. The five projects have been allotted a combined area of 71,190 square metres.

Shah also interacted with investors and discussed industrial expansion, investment opportunities and ways to accelerate business activity in Uttar Pradesh. The allotments were presented as a step towards moving investment proposals from planning to implementation on the ground.

Five companies receive land allotments

C&R Textiles Private Limited has been allotted 16,000 square metres of land for a proposed investment of Rs 104 crore. The project is expected to create around 2,000 employment opportunities. Managing Director Chhatrapati Ranjit Rai received the Letter of Allotment on behalf of the company.

Perfectpack Limited has received 16,200 square metres for a proposed investment of Rs 125 crore. The project is expected to generate 700 employment opportunities. Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Rajgarhia represented the company at the event.

SABS Exports International Private Limited has been allotted 16,180 square metres. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 87 crore and is expected to create 475 employment opportunities. Director Chetan Sabharwal received the allotment letter.

Simplast India Private Limited has received 12,000 square metres for a proposed investment of Rs 78 crore. The project is expected to create 300 employment opportunities. Company Director Gaurav Chugh received the Letter of Allotment.

Sahu Exports Private Limited has been allotted 10,810 square metres. The company has proposed an investment of Rs 75 crore, with 1,150 employment opportunities projected from the project. Director Sanjeev Sahu received the allotment letter.

Focus on industrial investment and employment

The allotments were announced alongside the inauguration of UPITS 2026, which is being held at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida from September 25 to 29.

The fourth edition of UPITS has brought together manufacturers, exporters, investors, buyers and industry representatives. Organisers said the event features more than 2,400 exhibitors and over 600 international buyers from around 90 countries.

The allotment of land to the five companies adds an implementation-focused component to the trade show, with the proposed projects covering manufacturing, textiles, packaging and exports.

During the interaction with investors, discussions focused on expanding industrial facilities, strengthening business activity and creating further investment opportunities in Uttar Pradesh.
