Greater Noida: Shri Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated with devotion and enthusiasm at the Radha-Krishna Temple of Nirala Greenshire, where residents came together to mark the birth of Lord Krishna with religious and cultural programmes. The celebrations at the temple reflected the festive spirit of the society, with residents participating in devotional activities and families gathering to celebrate the auspicious occasion.

A major attraction of the celebration was the Radha-Krishna tableaux presented by children of Nirala Greenshire. Dressed as Radha and Krishna, the young participants added a colourful and devotional touch to the celebrations. Jagran and bhajan-kirtan held at temple

The temple premises also hosted a jagran, with devotees participating in bhajan-kirtan and other religious activities. Krishna janmotsav celebrated at midnight

The main Krishna Janmotsav was celebrated at midnight, in keeping with the traditional significance of Janmashtami. The birth celebration was marked with religious rituals and prayers as residents and devotees gathered at the temple to seek the blessings of Lord Krishna.

The Janmashtami celebration brought together residents and families of Nirala Greenshire in a shared atmosphere of devotion and celebration. The organising committee had invited residents to participate with their families and encourage the children taking part in the cultural programmes.
