
New Delhi: Media strategist, social activist and Noida HighRise Federation (NHRF) president Nikhil Singhal met senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Singh Hooda and former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda in New Delhi.
The meeting focused on evolving media outreach strategies, effective public communication and the growing influence of digital platforms in shaping public discourse.

During the meeting, Singhal discussed the changing media landscape and the need to combine traditional media with digital media, social media, video content and newer communication tools to reach a wider audience.

Singhal emphasised that effective public relations is no longer limited to simply communicating a message.
According to him, sustained public engagement also involves maintaining regular dialogue with citizens and ensuring that their concerns and expectations are effectively communicated.
The discussions also covered the possibilities of developing media campaigns, digital outreach initiatives and public communication strategies around issues of public interest.

Singhal said that the experience of senior political leadership, when combined with modern media and digital communication tools, can make public engagement more effective.
“Today, effective communication and direct dialogue with people are extremely important in politics. There is a need to continuously work towards taking issues of public interest to citizens in the right manner through media and digital platforms,” Singhal said.

During the meeting, Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Deepender Singh Hooda also exchanged views on various contemporary issues and the importance of effective public communication and engagement.
