Residents Elect New Executive Committee Through Unanimous Decision in Sector 46 Society

Noida: In a remarkable display of unity and community spirit, the Apartment Owners Association (AOA) elections at Gardenia Glory, Sector 46, Noida were concluded peacefully, transparently and without any contest. 

Residents unanimously elected the new office bearers, demonstrating mutual trust, cooperation and a shared commitment to the welfare of the society.

The unopposed election is being seen as a positive example for other residential societies, where AOA polls are often marked by disputes and prolonged disagreements.

New Executive Committee Takes Charge

The newly elected executive committee comprises Aditya Kumar as President, Anil Sharma as Secretary, Seema Rani as Vice President, Vidur Luthra as Joint Secretary and Ankit Gupta as Treasurer.

The executive committee members include Ramesh Aastha, V.S.N. Murthy, Sachidanand Singh, Aradhana Khanna and Sheetal Rana, all of whom were also elected unopposed.

Election Committee Praised for Transparent Process

Residents appreciated the Election Committee for conducting the entire process in a fair, transparent and well-organised manner. The committee ensured that the elections were completed smoothly while maintaining complete transparency throughout the process.

At a time when AOA elections in several residential societies are witnessing political rivalry and internal conflicts, Gardenia Glory has demonstrated that consensus and cooperation can lead to a stronger and more harmonious community.

Formalities Completed with Deputy Registrar

The Election Committee has submitted all election-related records and documents to the Deputy Registrar’s office. The newly elected office bearers have also submitted their required documents as per the prescribed norms, completing the formal process for the constitution of the new AOA governing body.

Congratulating the newly elected committee, Noida High Rise Federation (NHRF) President Nikhil Singhal said the residents of Gardenia Glory have set an inspiring example for residential communities across Noida.
