Noida: The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) of Udyog Vihar, Sector-82, organised a welcome and felicitation ceremony for the newly appointed Sector-110 Police Outpost In-Charge, Shailendra Yadav, reaffirming the commitment to strengthening coordination between residents and the police administration.
During the event, RWA President Mayank Chauhan extended a warm welcome to the officer and expressed confidence that his leadership would further enhance security arrangements in the area.
The program was attended by RWA General Secretary Ranjan Kumar, Secretary Rakesh Singh, members Uma Rani, Ranjana Devi, Premvati Devi, S.S. Pundir, M.P. Vishwakarma and Ramnaresh Yadav, among others.
During the meeting, participants discussed the directions issued by Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh regarding the organisation of regular monthly meetings between RWAs and the police administration. The initiative aims to improve communication, address residents’ concerns promptly, and strengthen community policing efforts.
The RWA representatives also apprised the newly appointed outpost in charge of various security and civic issues affecting the society. Key concerns related to public safety, law and order, and residents’ welfare were brought to his attention for necessary action.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Shailendra Yadav assured residents that efforts would be made to further strengthen the area’s security framework. He emphasised increasing night patrols and regular police surveillance to ensure better law and order and enhance residents’ sense of safety.
The RWA team thanked Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh for her continued guidance and support in promoting effective police-public coordination. Members also expressed their gratitude to Shri Shailendra Yadav and extended their best wishes for his new assignment.
