Guests of JLC members also attended the event and enthusiastically joined the laughter sessions.
The chief guest for the occasion was Dr Ajay Swaroop, Chairman of Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. The one-hour celebration began with the traditional sound of the conch shell, creating an atmosphere of positivity and celebration.
A lively 20-minute laughter yoga session was conducted by Commodore Ashok Sahni (Retd.), leaving participants energised and cheerful. The event featured several engaging attractions, including the much-loved “Gradient Laughter” session, recognised as the longest laughter activity of the programme. Bollywood laughter dance performances, gratitude song presentations and dance performances by JLC members and Sai School students added colour and enthusiasm to the celebration.
For the first time, nearly 300 participants actively joined the laughter session together, making the event even more memorable. The Gradient Laughter segment emerged as the biggest crowd favourite and created an unforgettable atmosphere of joy.
During the event, the chief guest also released the World Laughter Day 2026 brochure, which beautifully showcased the club’s activities and members’ experiences.
