
Noida: In a major boost to the city’s luxury real estate and hospitality landscape, the Gulshan Group has announced a strategic partnership with Indian Hotels Company Limited, the parent company of Taj Hotels, to develop a premium hotel and branded serviced residences in Sector 129 along the Noida Expressway.
Rs 1,000 crore luxury development
The project is estimated to have an investment of ₹1,000 crore and will feature a 150-room luxury Taj hotel, along with 74 Taj Branded Serviced Apartments, positioning it among the most high-end developments in the region.
Premium hospitality and dining offerings
The upcoming hotel is designed to cater to both business and leisure travellers with a range of upscale amenities. These include:
- An all-day dining restaurant
- A bar
- Two speciality restaurants offering curated culinary experiences
Additionally, the project will house a spacious 8,000 sq. ft. ballroom, making it a key venue for conferences, weddings, and large-scale events.
Ultra-luxury serviced residences
A standout feature of the development is the Taj Branded Serviced Apartments, which will offer ultra-luxury living spaces of approximately 7,500 sq. ft. each. These residences are expected to be priced between ₹35 crore and ₹40 crore, targeting high-net-worth individuals seeking premium lifestyle offerings.
Growing demand for branded luxury living
Commenting on the development, Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director and CEO of IHCL, highlighted India’s economic growth and its impact on luxury demand. He noted that rising affluence is driving increased interest in branded residences and high-end hospitality offerings across urban centres.
