Allegations of illegal charges and poor services
Protesting buyers alleged that despite paying heavy maintenance charges, basic facilities and adequate security arrangements are not being provided inside the mall. They further claimed that the builder management is imposing arbitrary charges related to electricity and other services. One of the major concerns raised was the alleged illegal collection of money in the name of issuing no objection certificates (noc) when owners attempt to sell their properties. According to the buyers, these charges are neither justified nor transparent.
Demand for transparency and accountability
The protesters demanded immediate intervention from the builder management to stop all forms of alleged illegal recovery. They also called for a transparent maintenance system and improved infrastructure, including proper security arrangements within the premises.
Warning of intensified agitation
Buyers warned that if their grievances are not addressed at the earliest, they will be forced to escalate the protest in the coming days. The situation highlights growing unrest among commercial property owners in Greater Noida West, with residents and investors increasingly questioning the functioning and accountability of private developers.
