Greater Noida West : Serious questions have been raised over the security management at Shri Radha Sky Garden in Greater Noida following alleged irregularities in the car sticker allocation process and unrestricted entry of unauthorized vehicles and individuals into the premises. Residents have accused the maintenance and security management of failing to take corrective action despite repeated written and verbal complaints over several months. According to them, the continued inaction has directly compromised the safety of the residential complex.
Repeated complaints since March 2025
Residents claim they have consistently escalated the matter to the management through formal emails and complaints on the following dates:
- March 11, 2025 (during a reported firing incident)
- April 11, 2025
- October 11, 2025
- November 13, 2025
- January 24, 2026
- January 28, 2026
- February 6, 2026
- February 11, 2026
- February 14, 2026 (reminder)
- February 16, 2026 (second reminder)
In addition to written communication, the issue was reportedly raised via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and in-person meetings. However, residents allege that no structured action plan, written clarification or implementation timeline has been shared so far.
Assurances given in meeting, But no follow-up
A meeting was held on February 6, 2026, at 11:30 am in the maintenance office, attended by approximately 15 to 20 residents. During the discussion, the issue of car sticker allocation and unauthorised access was reportedly deliberated in detail.
According to residents, the management assured them that a written response along with a clear action plan would be provided within one hour.
However, when residents revisited the office between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm the same day, no written response was issued. No timeline was announced and the name or contact details of any senior responsible official were not shared. The matter was allegedly deferred on the grounds that the concerned officer was “on leave.”
Security concerns intensify
Residents argue that vehicle sticker systems and controlled entry protocols form the backbone of any gated society’s security architecture. The absence of strict monitoring can lead to:
- Entry of unauthorised individuals
- Parking of unidentified or suspicious vehicles
- Increased vulnerability to criminal incidents
They maintain that this is not merely an administrative delay but a matter directly affecting the safety of life and property within the society.
Warning of legal action
Residents have now warned that if a written action plan with a defined timeline is not issued immediately, they will proceed with filing formal complaints against the management, the site office in charge, and the directors. The matter may be escalated before administrative authorities, police officials and other legal forums.
This press note has been issued to formally document the concerns of residents and to ensure accountability regarding security arrangements within the society.
