Prateek Edifice : MLA Pankaj Singh meets residents: Promises smoother registries, better roads and safer streets

The जन संवाद was more than a symbolic event — it gave residents direct access to their elected representative, who not only listened but also acted with on-the-spot directions. If the promises translate into reality, life at Prateek Edifice and Sector 107 may soon become smoother, safer and greener.

Registries are finally on track

One of the first reassurances Singh gave was about the property registry process. For years, registries have been a major worry for many homeowners. He expressed satisfaction at the progress so far and promised to speed things up so that every pending registry is completed soon.

Key announcements that matter to residents

The MLA didn’t stop at assurances; he issued clear instructions to officials present. Some of the most impactful directives included:

Return of IFMS deposits: The builder must return the Internal Facility Maintenance Security to residents.
Stable electricity: A tripping-free power supply within a year, with PVVNL officials asked to step up.
Better safety: CCTV cameras and streetlights on sector roads to make evening walks safer.
Improved water supply: Construction of a nearby underground reservoir (UGR) to regulate the Ganga water supply.
Action on illegal structures : Immediate demolition of encroachments behind Tower Block DEF.

Voices from the community

Residents also put forward thoughtful suggestions.

Pratibha highlighted the need for better footpaths towards Sector 104 and even suggested exploring an underpass at Sector 107 to ease traffic congestion.

Rama Dhawan urged the creation of senior citizen help camps to connect the elderly with government welfare schemes.

Both ideas resonated with the community and were taken up for further study.

Green space was a hot topic, too. Singh acknowledged the challenge of finding land for a community park in the sector but committed to exploring future options. He also asked the AOA to work jointly with Noida Authority in maintaining the green belt and even hinted at a Mother Dairy outlet for everyday convenience.

Officials at the event added that illegal encroachments, which have been worsening traffic issues, are being dealt with and that plans are underway to build a boundary wall around the green belt area.

Roads, services and everyday comforts

The MLA instructed officials to carry out urgent repairs of service roads, assuring residents that a full-fledged road improvement drive will take place after the monsoon. He also appreciated the AOA for bringing in daily convenience services like physiotherapy, dry cleaning, car washing, and medical facilities within the society.

The जन संवाद was more than a symbolic event — it gave residents direct access to their elected representative, who not only listened but also acted with on-the-spot directions. If the promises translate into reality, life at Prateek Edifice and Sector 107 may soon become smoother, safer and greener.
