Greater Noida: A major accident took place in the society of Greater Noida on May 15, 2026. Painter, basically a resident of Bihar, died after falling from the 14th floor of the Hemisphere society, Delta 1, Greater Noida. At present, no complaint has been lodged with the police in this matter.
The accident proved deadly due to non wearing of a safety belt
According to the information, Munkeshwar, a resident of Muzaffarpur, resident of Bihar, was doing painting work on the 14th floor of Tower No. 4 of Hemisphere Society of Delta-1 of Surajpur police station area. Suddenly his foot slipped and he fell down. It is being told that he was not wearing a safety belt while painting on such a high building.
Co-workers rushed for help
As soon as Munkeshwar fell from the building, other workers present at the construction site immediately called the ambulance and were about to take him to the hospital when he died.
Police reached on the spot
As soon as the information of the incident was received, the police of Surajpur police station immediately reached the spot took the painter’s body in custody and sent it for postmortem.

If Munkeshwar had taken safety precautions while working, this tragic accident would not have happened to him. Due to not wearing a safety belt, his feet suddenly slipped and he fell from the 14th floor.

Noida Police Commissionerate Media Cell said that laborer Mankeshwar (46) son of Kunaram resident of village Metura Paigambarpur district Muzaffarpur Bihar, working in Hemisphere Society Tower No. 4 under Surajpur police station area, died after falling from the 14th floor while working. Panchnama of the body has been done and sent to the mortuary for postmortem. The relatives of the deceased have been informed. There is no problem related to law and order. Other necessary action is being taken.
