Greater Noida: On July 26, 2024, 56 more flats of the Senior Citizen Society located in Sector P-3 of Greater Noida were registered. With this, a total of 200 flats have been registered so far. These flat owners who have been waiting for 25 years have got ownership rights after the registration.
Registrations were started in March 2024
On the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and with the efforts of CEO of Greater Noida Authority NG Ravi Kumar, the registration of flats of the Senior Citizen Society started in March this year.

Officers of the Authority and the Registration Department are going to the spot and getting the registration done by setting up camps. Despite a holiday on Saturday, the staff set up a camp under the leadership of Authority Manager KM Chaudhary and Deputy Registrar Sadar and completed the registration of 56 flats.

More than 800 flats are to be registered in this society. OSD and ACEO of Greater Noida Authority Saumya Srivastava says that Greater Noida Authority will keep organizing camps regularly to provide ownership rights to flat buyers at the earliest. He said that campaigns will be run in future also to benefit such people.
