Greater Noida West: Big action has been taken on the complaint of a builder in Greater Noida. The powers of the AOA formed on wrong papers have been taken away from the administration. According to the information received, the Deputy Registrar of Form Societies and Chits of Meerut has issued a big order in favour of the builder Haveli Valencia Homes.
All the powers of the officials of the AOA have been taken away
In this order issued, the formation and election of the current Apartment Owners Association has been declared illegal based on wrong papers and information. Along with this, all the powers of the officials of the AOA have been taken away.
Action taken on the complaint
The order which was announced by the Registrar, was passed based on pending complaints regarding the management of maintenance services in Haveli Valencia Homes Society. Secondly, citing non-compliance with the rules of the Deputy Registrar’s Court, the AOA has been declared ineffective and irrelevant.
Action is being taken by the Deputy Registrar
After the order of the Deputy Registrar, on July 7, 2024, the members of the AOA forcibly took over the maintenance service office computers and other resources. The office employee was also allegedly threatened. Due to this difficulties started occurring in the management of essential services like the level of the water tank etc.
As soon as this incident happened, the responsible top officials were informed about it. The builder management has been supporting the formation based on the proposed rules and law from the very beginning.
The company wants to form an AOA
The builder has also completely impressed upon the fact that the personal benefits of some people should not take priority over the safety and facilities of the residents of the society. The company wants to form an AOA by following every rule. For this, the papers of the company have been provided by the builder after the order of the Deputy Registrar’s Court.
