Greater Noida West: Nefowa Foundation wrote a letter to Gautam Buddha Nagar District Magistrate demanding to open the Dadri-2 registration office in Greater Noida West. Nefowa opines that opening of registration office in Greno West will provide many facilities to the buyers.
Setting office in Greno West will provide a lot of convenience to the local people
Abhishek Kumar, President, Nefowa, says, ” Recently a new registration office named Dadri-2 has been created for the sectors and rural areas of Greater Noida West. But the biggest drawback in this is that the new office is also being built on the premises of the old registration office.”
He continues, “In this context, a letter has been written to the District Magistrate Gautam Buddha Nagar and suggestions have been made and it has been demanded that it would be better to set up a new registration office in Greater Noida West. Setting up a new office in Greater Noida West will provide a lot of convenience to the local people and they will not have to go to Dadri Tehsil.“
There should be a registration office in this area for such a large population
Deepankar Kumar, who fought for the rights of Amrapali homebuyers in the Supreme Court and a member of Nefowa says, “ The registration of lakhs of flats in this area is still pending. The registration of Amrapali projects is expected to start this year. There are thousands of houses from Amrapali projects alone.”
He says further, “Construction of hundreds of projects is in progress in the area, in which registration of thousands of houses will take place in future. There should be a registration office in this area for such a large population.”
There is already a registration office in Dadri
Dinkar Pandey, a resident of Ajnara Homes Society and a Nefowa member says, “There is already a registration office in Dadri. In such a situation, why can’t a new registration office be opened in Greater Noida West, an area with a population of lakhs? Greno Authority has started one of its offices in the West for the convenience of the residents of Greater Noida West. Therefore, there should be a registration office in Greno West as well.
There is a lack of public transport to reach Dadri Tehsil
Ranjana Suri Bhardwaj, Nefowa member and Socialite, resident of Supertech Eco Village 1 says, “The distance of Dadri Tehsil from here is very high. There is a lack of public transport to reach Dadri Tehsil. People have to go there by their vehicles or taxis. There are many problems due to less parking space in Dadri Tehsil. A lot of time is wasted in going to Dadri Tehsil. Therefore, a new registration office should be created in Greater Noida West itself.”
Nefowa Foundation has raised the public demand by sending a letter to the District Magistrate. Abhishek Kumar says that a copy of the letter sent to the District Magistrate will be sent to the Chief Minister of the state, the concerned minister, administrative officials and local public representatives to draw their attention and seek cooperation.
