Greater Noida West: There was a long dispute going on between the residents of Mahagun Mantra in Greater Noida West and the maintenance team for approximately a month. Good news is that the fight has ended. This dispute ended after the intervention of Annu Chaudhry, Mahagun’s Chief Administrative Officer. There were multiple issues pertaining to society living and maintenance viz. adequate greenery, inappropriate security systems, commencing of swimming pool operations etc. It appears that a satisfactory solution to all these has been reached and residents are hence assured of better maintenance conditions.

Know the basic reason for the tussle
Residents of the society informed Apartment Times that the maintenance charges of Mahagun Mantra-1 were the highest as compared to other societies of Greater Noida West. Even after paying Rs 3.54, they were not getting satisfactory facilities which is obviously their right.
Ill maintained greenery
A resident, on the condition of anonymity says, “The greenery was not up to mark. There was also security lapse many a times.”
Incomplete swimming pool
Another resident informs, “Even after two years of possession, the swimming pool of the society is still under construction. We have paid the whole price and are still waiting for it to get started.”
Security lapse as No CCTV cameras
It has also come to notice that there are no adequate CCTV cameras in the whole society which is a blunder as far as security is concerned.
