Greater Noida West: After back-to-back celebrations, the Gaur Saundaryam celebrated the 75th Republic Day with equal enthusiasm and happiness as that of the consecration of the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya.
The programme started in the premises with the unfurling of the tricolour. The opening speech was given by Vinay Chaudhary, Board Member of AOA of Gaur Saundarym.
K N Gupta, President of Senior Citizen Club, Gaur Saundaryam delivered the Blessing address. R K Gupta, President of Gaur Soundaryam AoA addressed the huge audience of residents. On this special day, he wished and spoke about the Constitution and the importance of the day. He also shared the development of the MoT signing, along with its salient features. He also urged the residents to continue supporting the betterment of the society.
Children of the society presented outstanding dance performances based on patriotic songs. Besides this, there were quizzes and sports activities for different age groups. The programme was supported by a private school.
A health awareness program was also conducted with the support of a private hospital. In this session, a demonstration cum training was given on CPR as well as some other information on basic life support.
On this occasion, a Volleyball tournament also started with only eight different teams of residents.
The entire programme received wide appreciation from everyone.
