But what if, the same AOA starts harassing residents ? This has come into limelight that a resident of Paras Tierra is getting threatened and harassed by the AOA President of the society.

An elderly woman(75) died in a lift accident on August 3, 2023, in Paras Tierea Society, Sector-137. There was a lot of hue and cry in the society after this incident. Then a new twist has emerged in this matter. The eyewitness of the lift accident accused the Society AOA President by saying that he is getting harassed by the AOA President. AOA has sent him a notice and is pressurising the eyewitness to vacate the society.
Nishit Tiwari, eye witness to the incident says, ” I am originally from Lucknow and live in a rented flat with my family in this society. In August last year, a 75-year-old woman had died after the lift broke. I was the prime witness of this incident.”
On the complaint of the family members of the woman who died in the lift accident, apart from the President, Vice President and General Secretary of the Apartment Owners Association, the Security Director has also been accused. He has to testify in the lift accident. But they are being threatened.
AOA made a bill of Rs 1.5 lakh
Nishit says, ” On 17th December, a notice came to my house from AOA asking me to vacate the flat on 18th December. Whereas no such ultimatum has been received from the flat owner. I am continuously being threatened by AOA. They are continuously forcing me to vacate the flat. As we are not vacating the flat, Rs 10,000 is being deducted from the maintenance account every day. In the last 14 days, about 1.5 lakh Rupees of Nishit have been deducted. Besides, we are being pressured in different ways to vacate the flat.”
The woman died due to a lift fall
75-year-old Sushila Devi lived with her family in flat number 803 of tower number 24 of Paras Tierra Society. During that evening she boarded the lift to go down. Then the lift broke and fell. Sushila Devi had died in this accident. In this regard, the son of the deceased woman has lodged an FIR at police station of Sector-142. A report has been registered in Police Station-142 on the complaint of the deceased’s son. In this, AN Security Director Ajay Singh Shekhawat, Director Santosh Kumar Baral, AN Secure Pvt. Ltd’s facility manager Monica Sharma, Paras Tierra Apartment Owners Association president Ramesh Gautam, association vice president Anang Pal Chauhan, general secretary Sukhpal Singh Rana, treasurer Neetu Salar and lift manufacturer Thyson Krupp have been named.
We contacted the AOA President and he denied everything
When Apartment Times contacted the AOA President of Paras Tierra and asked about the entire matter Ramesh Gautam, The AOA President of Paras Tiera completely denied all the allegations. He said Nishit was igniting the problem on social media by posting irrelevant content and messages. No one in AOA harassed him or put him into trouble. He was going against the set guidelines and the rules, that’s it. We even helped his wife and got him the electricity back, he didn’t pay which is why the power was cut.”
