Greater Noida West : The Durga Puja festival at Exotica Dreamville Society, Greater Noida West started with huge gaiety and pomp. The members were excited from the start of the month and everything concluded with idol immersion on 24th October.
The first festival was on 19th October, the gala Dandiya Night. The grand Anandomela was also organised for the residents in which food stalls were set up by the residents and all the residents enjoyed the colourful program.
Protichi Dreamville’s Durga Puja was inaugurated by MLA Tejpal Nagar on 20 October. On 22nd October, MP Mahesh Sharma participated in the event and gave his best wishes.
This program lasted for six days, Welcoming the idol and consecration of life took place along with ritual worship. There were the programs for all the age groups like quiz competitions, fashion shows, devotional and colourful programs by children and adults, folk dance, lucky draw, and drawing competitions were organized in which all the residents participated enthusiastically.
Bhandara was also organized for three days. This year the message of women’s power was given on Durga Puja. The organizing committee Protichi created a grand pandal constructed keeping in mind the senior citizens, children and women of the society and all security was taken care of.
Joydev Lahiri, Chairperson, Durga Pooja Comittee Protichi Dreamville and Saurav Rai, Secretary, Conveyed Thanked everyone on behalf of the entire committee. Society President Nirbhay Singh and Society Association Secretary Sandeep Saini thanked Durga Puja Committee Protichi for the successful conduct of the program and wished them good luck for the grand program again next year.
