Greater Noida West : A grand and spiritually uplifting Nagar Kirtan was organized by Shri Guru Singh Sabha, Gaur City Crossing to commemorate the 556th Prakash Parv of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Guru and founder of Sikhism. The atmosphere in the city turned devotional as residents came together in celebration of Guru’s eternal message of peace and humanity.

A sacred journey through the city
The Nagar Kirtan commenced at 11 AM from Paramount Society (Paramount Crossing Republic). The divine procession passed through Crossing Gol Chakkar, Galleria Market, Indrapuram Public School Crossing, Gurudwara Sahib and continued through Gaur City 2’s 14th Avenue, Palm Olympia, JKG Palm, 10th Avenue and Gaur International School before concluding at 6 PM at Gurudwara Sahib.

Flower showers welcomed the Guru Granth Sahib
Leading the procession was the traditional Nagara, whose echoing beats announced the arrival of the sacred parade. Following it, the beautifully decorated open vehicle carrying Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji drew admiration and devotion. Local residents showered flowers as a mark of reverence and love towards the Guru.
A divine display of seva and spiritual discipline
Panj Pyare were adorned in traditional attire. Behind them, dedicated sevadars swept and sprinkled water on the road, symbolizing purity and the eternal Sikh principle of selfless service.
