Noida: On June 9, 2024, Sunday, members of social welfare organizations 7X Sports City Foundation, Greno Green Foundation and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh planted trees in the green belt near Gaur Sports Wood Society in Noida, Sector 79. Residents involved in the tree plantation took an oath not to use single-use plastic.

Temperature has touched 50 degrees. Concrete jungles are increasing in Delhi NCR, greenery is disappearing. In such a situation, it is necessary to plant dense shady trees on a large scale to reduce the constantly increasing temperature. In this sequence, 51 banyan trees, 21 neem trees and numerous peepal trees were planted today.
