Noida: There is an outcry in Noida due to power cuts. Innocent residents of Noida are not getting relief from power cuts. Even in this scorching heat, residents had to face power cuts in more than 20 Sectors of Noida. Due to this, the people of Sector 56, along with the RWA team put up a demonstration at the SDO office in Sector 11 and submitted a memorandum.
Power Outages for more than 5 to 6 times a day
Residents in Mahadev Apartment, Sector 73 had to face power cuts for 4 to 6 hours. RP Singh, Resident, Sector 73 informed Apartment Times that even after complaining, the officers are not listening.
Bhawar Singh Bhati, Resident, Sector 122 says, ” With the temperature rise, power cuts are increasing.”
Nitin Sharma, Resident, Sector 45 says, “Power cuts are happening five to six times a day.”
Assurance received from SDO
Sanjay Mavi, President, of Sector 56 RWA informs that there is no fixed time for power supply. Residents gathered at the Sector-11 SDO office over the increasing power cuts. The SDO has assured that now there will be minimum power cuts. Everyone returned only after getting the assurance.
