Patna Court Exam Dates: The Bihar Civil Court Patna has announced the examination dates for various Class III/Group C posts, including Clerk, Stenographer, Court Reader cum Deposition Writer, and Peon/Orderly. Aspirants who have submitted their applications can download their written examination Admit Cards for 2023 online through the official Civil Court Patna website at districts.ecourts.gov.in/patna in December 2023.
In accordance with the recent press release, the Bihar Civil Court Patna has scheduled a preliminary test for the post of Court Reader-cum-Deposition Writer as per Employment Notice No. 03/2022. This test is set to take place on December 17, 2023, in Patna during the first sitting, with the primary aim of selecting candidates in a 1:10 ratio for the final written examination. Additionally, for the post of Stenographer (Hindi, English, or Bilingual) as per Employment Notice No. 02/2022, the written test will be conducted in Patna on the same date during the second sitting. The recruitment process for the Clerk post consists of three key stages: the Preliminary Test, the Written Test, and the Interview. During the Preliminary Test, candidates are screened through a test comprising multiple-choice objective questions. Successful candidates from the preceding stages proceed to the final Interview, which contributes 10 marks to the overall assessment.

For the Stenographer post, the selection procedure is multi-stage and includes the Preliminary Test, Written Test, Stenography Test, and Viva Test. The Preliminary Test screens candidates through multiple-choice objective questions, with complexity adjusted based on the number of applicants. The Written Test, carrying a weightage of 90 marks, features both descriptive and objective type questions, and candidates must also demonstrate their stenography skills in a dedicated Stenography Test. The selection process concludes with an Interview component, which contributes 10 marks to the overall evaluation.
