Noida: In Noida’s Golf City, Sector 75, a massive fire broke out in the commercial market of the society. This incident took place on May 7th, 2024. The fire took a monstrous form and engulfed many shops in the market. The fire department was informed and the team reached within minutes and controlled the wildfire. But by that time, many shops were burnt to ashes.
Fierce fire with explosions, residents and shopkeepers terrified
There was an explosion in the middle of the fire. Those who witnessed it say that the market where the fire broke out mostly has fast food shops. They use gas cylinders and also do not follow the safety protocols, due to which the fire broke.
People also tried to extinguish the fire on their own
When the fire broke out in the morning, people in the market first tried to extinguish it on their own. But soon the fire brigade reached. As the two fire brigades reached the spot, they took hold of the situation and extinguished the fire. During this time there was a loud explosion, indicating a possibility of the cylinder bursting.
