The builder deposited the entire outstanding amount.

On the instructions of the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, Dr Lokesh M, a registry camp was organized on Saturday in the premises of Eldeco Amantraan Society of Group Housing Plot GH-3, C allotted to Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties. In this project, the builder has deposited the entire outstanding amount. After this, OC and CC (Clearance Certificate) were issued to the builder. This cleared the way for the registration of the remaining 315 flats in the society. On the first day, registration was done in favour of 75 flat buyers. Deputy Registrars of all three circles of the registry office were present in the registry camp with their entire team.

Thousands of registrations still pending

More than 10 thousand registrations are still pending in the entire district due to builders not depositing the authority’s dues. Due to this, the government is also facing a revenue loss of about Rs 1311 crore. Noida Development Authority alone owes more than 10 thousand crores to builders. OC and CC (clearance certificate) are not being issued if the builders do not pay the dues. Therefore, the way for registrations is also not clear. CC has been issued to those builders who have deposited the dues or have deposited a partial amount and the way for registrations of some has also been cleared.
