While arguing in court, I heard about my constitutional rights and the government’s responsibility the protection of my properties is the government’s responsibility and ordered that the incomplete work will be completed and the registry will be done. Chief Justice UU Lalit and Justice Arun Mishra made sharp comments in the court on record that this is a kind of rape of the citizens by the leaders and officials and the order to complete the entire project was issued to protect the citizens’ fundamental right to property. Now, the flat buyers of every project should not wander and should fight their battle by citing this order as an example.”
